Welcome

I love doing genealogy. I spend most of my time organizing my own family tree, but every now and then I find time to help a friend who doesn't know where to start or who has gotten stuck. When I help someone out, I'll post the information here, to share both the process and the results of my research. I believe strongly in documenting every fact, so I'll include as many original documents as I can find.

A Note on Dates

Each entry that I post includes a date that I conducted the research. As I update this site, I will be including research that I conducted many years ago, that I had posted on an older site or had never posted online before. This will enable me to have all of the research I have conducted in one place. In these cases, the date will be several years old, so that it accurately reflects when the research occurred. I will eventually add newer research.

I have a very limited amount of time, but if you would like some help you're welcome to contact me at the address below. My speciality is Italian genealogy, but I have also done English, Scottish, Irish, and some Danish research. No promises, guarantees, or warranties -- but I'll do my best to help you out.
